Booking Conditions

- Deposit on booking: 40%
- Payment of the remaining amount due: At the end of your stay.
- Method of payment accepted on site during your stay: Cash only / credit cards are not accepted.
- The owner / hotel may ask you to pay the amounts due in local currency, euros, pounds, dollars.
- The total amount of the reservation does not include drinks, meals and other optional services ordered on site.
- The amount of local currency payments may vary depending on exchange rates apply.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to darlallafdila@gmail.com
- Cancellation policy is applied according to hotel/retreat local time
- Cancellation occurs less than 30 Days to arrival day : 20 % of total amount of reservation.
- Cancellation occurs less than 20 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation.
- Cancellation occurs less than 15 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation.
- No show 100 % of total reservation price.
-The hotel will charge directly to your credit card the applicable cancellation fees
